Noel Resurreccion is the Managing Director of The Mentor Group and heads the Business Management and Development Division. He is an accredited associate consultant of the Asia Pacific Tourism Training Institute; the Center for Human Resource Management; Frontliners, Inc.; Quality Consultants, International; and Passion for Perfection Consultancy.
Noel is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) by profession; holds a double degree: a B.Sc. degree major in Accounting and a B.Sc. degree major in Business Management both from the University of Sto. Tomas; an MDP from the Asian Institute of Management and is a Certified Competent Toastmaster from Toastmasters International. Noel has held positions as Division Head and Project Director for Training and Development for a progressive consulting firm; Group Senior Manager for Corporate Planning and a Total Quality Manager for a service-oriented company. He started his career with SGV & Co.
His exposure and experience in business management and development brings him to consult with companies on strategic planning and operational planning for both private and government institutions. He has an extensive experience in operations systems design and evaluation with actual responsibility for developing new operating systems and procedures for a large multinational company. His exposure in total quality management brought him to design programs and training interventions geared towards business process re-engineering in support for the privatization efforts of the government. He has strong organization development skills that allow him to design and conduct interventions that address a change in process, attitude and work output of concerned companies and organizations. He also conducts programs in managerial skills development, and financial management and accounting. A short list of former and present clients include: a national oil company, multinational manufacturing and distribution companies, government-owned and controlled corporations and agencies, rural electric cooperatives, non-stock/profit and civic organizations, and service-oriented organizations.

Gigi Resurreccion is an Associate Partner of the Mentor Group and heads the Sales and Marketing Division. She is a business development consultant and an information technology practitioner. She has proven track record in implementing productivity-enhancement systems; strong practical and theoretical foundation in sales and marketing methods; and in customer service management systems. She is one of the most requested consultants by SGV, as a specialist in Customer Service Excellence training and Corporate Imaging.
Gigi is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) by profession; a consistent university scholar receiving academic excellence and most outstanding scholar awards from COCOFED and USC; holds a BSBA degree major in Accounting graduating Cum Laude from the University of the East; and continuing her Masters in Business Administration from the University of the Philippines. Gigi has held positions as Country & General Manager for Apple Computer Phils., Inc.; Director for Marketing and Technical Operations including the Technical Writing Group of an international software company; Business Development Manager for Integrative Learning International Phils., a division of Andersen Consulting. She started her marketing career with Tennessee Associates, a Quality Management consulting company based in the United States affiliated with the John Clements Consultants Group of Companies. She started her career with the banking industry and later moved to an airline company.
Gigi has consulted with companies here and abroad particularly disseminating total quality management technology in the Asia Pacific Region developing the market in Singapore and Hongkong and conducting pre-post account management services in Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand. Her expertise and experience brings her to consult with companies on business development, business writing, sales and marketing management. Gigi handles training programs on Sales & Marketing Seminar; Finances and Investments, Total Quality in Service, Negotiation Skills Workshop; Customer Service Management; Vision and Mission Workshop; Positive Values Workshop, Training the Trainers Workshop and Personality Development Programs.

MA. VIDA P. CAPARAS
Associate Consultant
Ma. Vida Caparas, Ph.D. as an associate consultant of The Mentor Group. Her professional background evolves in Training and Management for the past years. She has specialized in human resources development, organization development and management programs.
She graduated Summa Cum laude in both her M.A. and Ph.D. in Psychology at the University of Santo Tomas. She was also a university scholar at the University of the Philippines. She has held supervisory and managerial positions in different organization. Vida is also an educator whose past work involvements include teaching at the UST Graduate School.
Vida handles training programs on Team Building Workshop, Interviewing Techniques, Personality Enhancement, Crisis Management, Time and Stress Management, Telephone Effectiveness, Customer Service and Interaction, Negotiation Skills, Business Writing, Work Ethics, Office Etiquette and other related programs.

ATTY. TWINKLE C. FACTORAN

Twinkle Factoran is an Associate Consultant of The Mentor Group. Prior to becoming a lawyer, she was practicing her accountancy in private corporations. She has provided legal services in the field of civil law specializing primarily in Business Law, Tax law, Property Law, Election Law, Estate and Trusts.
She earned her law degree from Arellano University School of Law at Taft Avenue, Manila. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) by profession; a university scholar receiving academic excellence; holds a BSA degree major in Accounting from Tomas Del Rosario Academy in Balanga, Bataan. She has held supervisory and managerial positions in different organization and presently a Legal Officer of financial institutions.
She is experienced in facilitating mediations and maintains active memberships with several professional organizations. In addition to her legal and technical experience, she is a member of the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountant (PICPA) and Men-In-Law (MIL) Society.
She handles training programs on Operational and Marketing Strategies, Software Intellectual Property Laws, Finances & Investments, Election Laws and Voters Rights, Operational Fraud Detection and Management and other related programs.

DENNIS O. TEMPORAL
Associate Consultant
Dennis Temporal is an Associate Consultant of The Mentor Group specializing in human resources development in the areas of Business/Organizational Communication and Values Formation. He conducts training and development program in the following fields of interest. Business Presentation, Business Writing, Interpersonal-Workplace Communication, Leadership and Workplace Spirituality.
Dennis took up his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications and a Master of Arts Degree in Philosophy from the Ateneo de Manila University. He also holds academic units in Education in the same university and in Industrial Relations from the University of the Philippines.
Dennis was a former seminarian and member of the religious order, the Society of Jesus (the Jesuits) for which he undertook work involving education, youth formation and guidance, media production, community organizing, and vocations promotion.
Dennis is also an educator whose past work involvements include teaching Film Theory at the Ateneo de Manila high school, English and Communications Theory at the Ateneo de Davao University and Philosophy at the Assumption College in Makati.
His expertise in human resource development brings him to consult with companies on Business Communication, Values Formation, Presentation Skills and Sales and Marketing. He has conducted and developed training programs all related to Organizational Communication. MELANIE P. CASIPE
Associate Consultant
Melanie Casipe is an associate consultant of The Mentor Group, based in Toronto, Canada. Melanie has years of professional experience in instructional design, facilitation and general OD consulting.
Melanie has a degree in Psychology and since migrating from the Philippines worked for a major retail company in Canada for 13 years, her last job being a Program Design Manager. Melanie has extensive experience designing and administering computer-based training courses and in-class training programs for Managers, Supervisors, and Retail Executive trainees. Melanie has also designed training modules on Coaching, Teambuilding, Leadership, Train-the-Trainer, and Systems Training. Melanie’s design expertise includes creation of learning exercises, board games, user manuals for MS and other applications, and various job aids and training guides.
Melanie supports her community by conducting a one-day training program for new immigrants where she assists new comers to Canada create their vision of success, prepare for job searches and interviews and enhance professional and personal relationship through effective communication.
